Cooke introduced the new Panchro/i Classic series as a result of renewed interest in the vintage Cooke Speed Panchro lenses that were originally manufactured between the 1920s and 1960s.

The new Panchro/i Classic is true to the optical character of the original Speed Panchro, recreating the same look and feel of the original optics with the advantage of modern glass, mechanical design and lens mounts for todays cinematography cameras. The Panchro Classic lenses also feature the Cooke /i Technology interface for frame by frame metadata capture.

Cooke Panchro/i Classics are a particularly interesting lens choice for digital sensor cameras such as the Sony VENICE and ARRI Alexa Mini which can often benefit from a softer/more gentle visual style.

Our set of Cooke Panchro/i Classic lens set includes the 18, 25, 32, 40, 50, 75, 100 & 152mm focal lengths.

    The Cooke S8/i range has been crafted with the same optical characteristics, the warm and subtle yet expressive Cooke Look, that has come to define their spherical lenses, whilst offering a Full-Frame image capture. And at T1.4 maximum aperture across the series, they are also amongst the fastest Full-Frame cinematography lenses available. Complementing the Cooke Look is the precise and reliable mechanical design, making these lenses that cinematographers and camera assistants can completely trust in any shooting situation. As Cooke themselves put it, the S8/i series are ‘Technically Beautiful’ lenses. Our set of Cooke S8/i lenses are natively LPL mounted and can deliver an image circle of 46.3mm, making them compatible with a wide range of both Full Frame and Super 35 format cameras, including the new ARRI Alexa 35. The compact and lightweight design also make them suited for todays diverse shooting applications, whether it be handheld, gimbal Steadicam or motion control. Our standard Cooke S8/i lens set consists of six focal lengths (25mm, 32mm, 40mm, 50mm, 75mm & 100mm) with the Cooke S8/i 135mm also available as a single lens option.     Featuring a 46.7mm image circle, Tokina Vista Primes cover the largest Full Frame and Vista Vision sensors, but are equally at home paired with Super 35 format cameras. All lenses in the set have a T1.5 maximum aperture, share a 9 bladed iris design and have almost imperceptible optical breathing, allowing for very precise and consistent cinematography. If you have not used Tokina lenses before, prepare yourself to be impressed – these are lenses that punch well above their weight, and hold their own against lenses by more established cine lens manufacturers such as Cooke and ARRI. We also sometimes get asked by our clients which of the lenses we stock have the closest characteristics to Panavision glass – Tokina Vista series primes are almost identical in terms of published technical specifications to Panavision Panaspeed large format lenses, so would always be our recommendation! Our 6-way Tokina Vista lens set comprises of the 18mm, 25mm, 35mm, 50mm, 85mm & 105mm focal lengths.
