Zeiss Super Speeds are high-quality, fast PL-mounted lenses perfect for all 35mm film and digital cinematography cameras. Featuring a very compact mechanical and optical design, they are also well suited for handheld & gimbal filming. These are the MKIII variant of Super Speed lenses and date from the 1980s era. A popular choice for DoPs looking to shoot in low light conditions without ramping the camera ISO setting.

With the Supreme Primes, Zeiss has perfected a more gentle, slightly softer imaging style which is more relevant for modern digital sensor cameras and represents a departure from the crisp, clinical aesthetic of Master Primes and Ultra Primes. We offer the 100mm Supreme Prime both as an individual lens or it can be hired alongside our 5-way Supreme set to offer a longer focal length option. Compatible with full-frame cameras such as the Sony VENICE and the RED EPIC-W. It is also equally at home with Super35 format cameras such as the ARRI Alexa Mini.

Zeiss Supreme Primes are an exceptional range of cinematography lenses renowned for their versatility, pleasing aesthetic and high-quality performance. The 15mm is the widest lens in the Zeiss Supreme Prime line-up, and like all other lenses in the series, features the compact form factor, fast aperture and large format sensor coverage.  The Supreme 15mm has PL lens mount lens and is compatible with both Full-Frame and Super 35 cameras including the new ARRI Alexa 35 and the Sony VENICE. All lenses in the series also feature a Cooke /i lens data system technology interface. One of the widest focal lengths lenses in the acclaimed Zeiss Supreme Prime lens series, the 18mm is a lightweight and compact full-frame cinematography lens. Featuring the same unique and pleasing optical characteristics that define the Supreme Prime range, it also benefits from having a T.15 maximum aperture, making it well suited to low and available light shooting conditions. Whilst designed for large sensor cinematography cameras, Zeiss Supreme Primes are equally at home being used for Super35 format production – and the 18mm focal length being a fairly ‘standard’ wide option in many S35 lens sets, makes it a great alternative to using lenses such as Cooke S4s and Ultra Primes. Fitted with the industry standard PL mount, the lens is compatible with a range of cameras including the Sony VENICE (FF), ARRI ALEXA Mini LF (FF) and Sony FS7 MKII (S35). We also offer a 5-way Zeiss Supreme Prime set as well as many other individual focal lengths in the series.
