Arri’s industry standard, 4-stage swing-away matte box is designed to take 6×6 filters and cover almost all lens focal lengths, including 12mm. Our MB14 kit is also supplied with step-down rings for smaller front-diameter lenses and PV filter tray reducers for using 4″x5.65″ size filters, making this sturdy matte box a great choice for all studio shoots regardless of the lens choice. The solid nature of this piece of kit makes it particularly useful on macro and VFX-heavy shoots where all movement must be kept to a minimum. We stock a wide range of 6×6- & PV-sized filters compatible with the matte box, alongside 138mm full and split diopters.

The MB-18 steps in when an MB-14 is too large for your production, but you need sturdiness and minute filter control. Control comes from two independently sliding filter stages and an additional geared tray that allows you to precisely align your chosen filter as necessary, whilst sturdiness comes from the 19mm rigging option. Please note a this matte box is only suitable for cameras with studio bridge plates.

The MB28 is a three-stage swing-away production matte box designed for 6×6 filters, though is also compatible with PV (4×5.65″) size filters. Although this studio matte box is aimed at larger zoom lenses such as the Angenieux Optimo 24-290, it can also be used with most other prime & zoom lenses thanks to a full compliment of reduction rings. This is particularly useful when using wider focal lengths or large-front primes that require 6×6 filter coverage.

Arri’s MFF-1 is a lightweight, single-sided compact follow focus unit with 15mm bar support. This follow focus has been designed with documentary and single-operator shooting in mind and is flexible enough to work with almost any rig. The MFF-1 features manually set hard stops and is ideal for lenses with infinite focus rotation, such as modern Canon EF glass.

Focus Puller having to step off for a moment? Leaving the operator with no control over the lens? The OCU-1 is a great addition to the LBUS ecosystem, allowing for the operator to Override Focus, Iris and Zoom over from the Focus Puller’s WCU-4 and CPro Wireless Hand Units. The WCU-4 and CPro Hand Units will display to which position the operator has moved the focal plane, Allowing for for the Focus Puller to quickly pick up where the operator left off. Once the operator disables the Override function full control is returned to the Hand Unit. The OCU-1 also allows for users to control Electronic EF Lenses without motors, on ARRI EF mounts, by connecting the OCU-1 to the camera’s EXT port As well as 3 assignable camera user buttons for ARRI cameras via LBUS/EXT, You can also assign User Buttons for RED Cameras via the L-CUB1 by using a Serial to CTRL cable supplied in our L-CUB1 Kit. The OCU-1 can be mounted onto 15mm or 19mm Bars or a Rosette via supplied accessories.

The ARRI Rota Pola is an incredibly colour neutral polariser, designed for modern sensors, and fits right into an LMB tray slot. Polarisers reduce glare and reflections from non-metallic surfaces, increases saturation and can increase contrast by filtering out light pollution from polarised sources. Polarisers are very complementary in bringing out skin saturation and reducing specular highlights from reflective skin. The ARRI Rota Pola Filter Frame 4×5.65 features a thumbwheel to easily rotate the filter to your desired angle, and a lock to make sure it doesn’t move from your desired position. Why not stack 2 together to create a variable ND! Remember polarisers reduces exposure by 1.2 stops. The ARRI Rota Pola Filter Frame is suitable for lenses with a front diameter up to 114mm. Compatible with ARRI LMB series and other matte boxes that support LMB filter trays.

The Atomos Shogun Inferno combines advanced high resolution recording and playback with a 1500 NIT daylight viewable monitor. Weighing in at just over 1KG, the Shogun Inferno is well suited for on-board camera use and location production. Supported capture formats include Apple ProRes, DNxHR and CDNG-Raw via SDI and HDMI input connections. The touchscreen user interfaces features waveform display, focus assist and frame guides for both spherical and anamorphic aspect ratios. The playback menu supports editing functions to be performed such as setting in/out points on clips and the creation of playlists. The edit metadata can also be exported via XML for use in edit software such as Adobe Premiere Pro. Pairing recording functions with a high-brightness 19″ monitor screen, the Atomos Sumo 19″ Monitor/Recorder allows your production monitor to do immediate playback and record dailies. Provided with a stand bracket and mains & battery cabling as standard, our Sumo kits will work wherever you do.
