UltraStudio HD Mini is a portable Thunderbolt 3 capture and playback solution that’s small enough to take anywhere and powerful enough to work on high end projects. It can capture and playback all formats up to 1080p60 in full 10-bit YUV, or up to 1080p30 and 2K DCI in 12-bit RGB. UltraStudio HD Mini features HDMI output for monitoring on a big screen television, dual 3G-SDI outputs for fill and key playback, plus analogue audio and video inputs for digitising and archiving materials from older analogue decks. UltraStudio HD Mini supports more editing, design and video software than any other capture product. The unit allows full editing compatibility with DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro X, Media Composer, Premiere Pro and more. It can be used to create stunning visual effects with Fusion and After Effects, and for colour correction with DaVinci Resolve.

Touchscreen monitor featuring a 7″ display and recording/playback capability in ProRes and DNxHR formats at both 4K & HD resolution. The Blackmagic Video Assist 4K supports 3D LUTs, SDI & HDMI sources/inputs and histogram display. Audio can be recorded via embedded SDI or independently using the two mini-XLR connections. Files are recorded using dual SD card slots which can be camera triggered and can enable continuous recording when one card is at full capacity. The Smart Assist 4K is compact enough to be used as an on-camera monitor/recorder but is equally suited to providing record and playback for an on-set ‘video village’ application. Our comprehensive rental kit includes batteries, mains power supply, SD cards and SDI/HDMI cables.

The popular Cine Tape is an excellent tool for aiding a focus puller to measure distance minutely, freeing them up to concentrate on other aspects of the technical process. This compact and lightweight unit receives a constant stream of data, relaying exact measurements to the First AC and displaying them clearly, streamlining the film-making process and avoiding the need for retakes.

The cmotion cPro Plus is the most capable handset from cmotion. Featuring 4-axis support, camera control, rangefinder integration, and even more user buttons for quick access functions. The cPro Plus handset also features a variable friction adjustment on the knob to suit your style and needs. Our cPro Plus 3-Channel Kit is supplied with a cPro motor, cForce mini and a cForce Plus motor, to drive the stiffest and heaviest of lenses. Included licenses and control cables for ARRI, RED and Sony Venice for playback and camera settings.  As well as Run/Stop via LANC control for Sony FS, FX Series, Blackmagic Design and Canon cameras. Oh also it’s very stylish in a stealthy black and dark grey finish.

The cmotion steady zoom has been designed for use with Steadicam and gimbal shooting setups, but can also be configured as classic pan-bar zoom control (in much the same way as a Preston Microforce). This unit has an adjustable nano clamp to mount on a pan handle, moose bar or a gimbal ring, and a right angle LBUS  cable so keep  your cabling flush. Some of the other key features include an LBUS interface, enabling it to be integrated into a wireless lens control ecosystem (such as a cmotion cPro or ARRI Hi-5) and assignable user buttons for camera stop/start, ‘ZAP’ zoom and lens limits. Our steady zoom rental kit is supplied with an ARRI cforce Plus motor, so that it can be used straight out of the flightcase in single axis, standalone mode, without requiring any other lens control hardware.

Time code slate with support for reading, generating & displaying all SMPTE/EBU time code standards & frame rates. We supply this digislate with all necessary sync cables and a set of spare AA batteries.

A solid super-35mm format pentafinder for use with our range of PL mount motion picture lenses. Supplied with balance plate to enable comfortable weight distribution when framing with heavy prime & zoom lenses. The ergonomic wooden handle allows this director’s viewfinder to be used extensively on the hottest and stickiest of sets.
