The Easyrig Vario 5 Gimbal Rig Flex is a variable tension system that helps shift the camera weight from your arms and shoulders to your core, allowing for all day hand held style operation that’s easy on your body. Easyrigs are great for operating handheld if you are framing for high or low positions all day, really helping with your body posture. An adjustable tension system helps balance out the payload tolerance for camera rigs between 5Kg and 17Kg. Our Vario 5 Gimbal Flex vest here is the Standard size (85-118cm, 33-46”) It’s designed around female operators with support around the chest, adjustability of torso height and shoulder frames but is used universally. This Gimbal Flex version of the vest we found to be more supportive throughout the day with a greater level of padding and more surface area to wrap around the waist-hip area. Our Easyrig comes with the 130mm, 5in extension arm if you want to offset the camera further away from you, or if you need to increase the distance from you whilst using a Gimbal. It can be used when shooting with our MoVI Pro and Ronin 2 kits.

The EyeDirect, also known as an ‘Interrotron’, is a useful device designed for interview filming which enables the on-camera subject to maintain eye contact with the person asking the questions. In other words, the interviewee is not staring at the camera lens, but is instead able to have eye contact with the interviewer. By using an EyeDirect the interviewee might feel more at ease with filming and may therefore give a more engaged and authentic response (well, that’s the theory anyway). On a technical level, the EyeDirect MKII is straightforward to setup, features an adjustable 18″ balance plate and is compatible with almost any size camera/lens combination. Depending on the weight of camera being used, we would usually recommend using the EyeDirect MKII with a tripod such as a Sachtler 18 or 20.

The Gecko-Cam RotaPola is an ARRI LMB-sized filter frame fitted with a 120mm circular polarising filter. The Gecko circular polariser is specially designed for use with clip-on ARRI matte boxes lacking a rotatable filter stage, giving you greater control over the light falling on the lens.

A lightweight and versatile solution for mounting and powering Teradek Bolt transmitters using the V-lock mount available on most digital cinema cameras. The Hawk-Woods XD-81 powers through to the camera and features a built-in 2Pin Lemo cable and DTap port, meaning there’s no need for additional battery plates or power units. Compatible with all flavours of Teradek Bolt.

The instagrid ONE max is a 2.1kWh portable energy source with a 230v AC mains outlet. Featuring an IP54 weathproof rating, silent operation and weighing 20kg, the instagrid ONE max is extremely well suited for location shooting where regular mains power is not available or a conventional generator could be problematic to use. And, unlike a lot of portable, high capacity batteries, the instagrid natively provides mains power, rather than DC, enabling it to power a much wider range of lighting equipment, including even HMI and Tungsten fixtures. A peak power boost function also enables the instagrid to sustain higher power requirements for short periods of time, which is particularly useful for conventional lighting which can have a higher draw upon startup. In addition to powering lighting fixtures, the instagrid can also be used for powering DIT carts, video village and even for charging camera batteries. To fully charge the instagrid back to full capacity takes just 2.5 hours using a 13A mains outlet. The instagrid has a single 16A single-phase output. We can supply 16A extension cables, splitters, step ups/downs to enable it to power various AC mains equipment.

Lynx Yellobrik CDH 1811 adapter which converts auto-detected HD-SDI & SDI signals to HDMI with embedded audio. It also features analogue audio output, so can be used as a de-embedder for SDI signals. A popular application of the Lynx CDH1811 is for converting SDI video & audio signals to lower-cost monitor & TV displays that only have HDMI inputs (for example, a quad split or multi-view signals from an ATEM vision mixer)
