All of our Amira units come with Arri’s Premium Licence as standard, giving you 4K UHD recording at ProRes 4444 and up to 200fps at 2K.

The ergonomic, solid design of the Amira allows you to shoot in even the most demanding of conditions whilst the post production team enjoys the ease of the camera’s ProRes workflow.

    The Sony FS7 II is an update to the popular FS7 which extends the capabilities and feature set of the original camera. Enhancements to the camera design include a variable ND filter, a lever locking Sony E-mount, an improved viewfinder and the addition of Rec-2020 colour space (ITU BT.2020). The FS7 II retains all the functionality of the original Sony FS7, including 4K & HD resolutions, up to 180fps capture, the same Super 35mm format sensor and options (via E-mount adapters) to use a wide range of lenses, including PL, Leica & Canon EF. This is a highly versatile yet affordable camera which lends itself to a range of applications including digital cinematography, multi-camera and documentary shooting. Like the Original FS7, the FS7 II is compatible with the optional <a href="https://shootblue.tv/products/sony-xdca-fs7-extension-unit/">XDCA-FS7</a> extension unit. This allows the use of V-Lock batteries as well as Apple ProRes recording and time Code capabilities.     The Blackmagic Design Pocket Cinema Camera 4K (for the purposes of this description, we’ll refer to it as the BDPCC4K) is an advanced, small form factor cinematography camera for shooting 4K, UHD and HD images. The BDPCC4K is built around a Micro 4/3 (MFT) sized sensor and it’s range of features include HDR capture, dual native ISO (up to 25,600 ISO) and up to 60fps recording in 4K. It supports ProRes and Blackmagic RAW recording, 3D LUT display and is compatible with CFAST and SD card media. It is also possible to record to external SSD media using the USB-C port on the camera. What we particularly like about this camera is the large touchscreen interface which is super easy to navigate and configure the camera. Blackmagic Design have even gone as far as adding a ‘<a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hamburger_button">hamburger</a>‘ button, bringing the UX of this camera very up to date.
