  cmotion Steady Zoom with cForce Plus

  The cmotion steady zoom has been designed for use with Steadicam and gimbal shooting setups, but can also be configured as classic pan-bar zoom control (in much the same way as a Preston Microforce). This unit has an adjustable nano clamp to mount on a pan handle, moose bar or a gimbal ring, and a right angle LBUS  cable so keep  your cabling flush. Some of the other key features include an LBUS interface, enabling it to be integrated into a wireless lens control ecosystem (such as a cmotion cPro or<a href="https://shootblue.tv/products/arri-hi-5-3-channel-lens-control-kit/"> ARRI Hi-</a>5) and assignable user buttons for camera stop/start, ‘ZAP’ zoom and lens limits. Our steady zoom rental kit is supplied with an ARRI cforce Plus motor, so that it can be used straight out of the flightcase in single axis, standalone mode, without requiring any other lens control hardware.

  The Preston Digital Micro Force 2 couples the precise control you’ve come to expect from its predecessor with added programmable soft stops and a digital readout. This zoom demand comes complete with an Oppenheimer pan handle adapter for tripod-mounting the unit when controlling zoom and operating simultaneously. Alternatively, the ergonic handle can be operated independently by an assistant for more difficult shots, such as a “Hitchcock” dolly zoom.
