  Featuring a 46.7mm image circle, Tokina Vista Primes cover the largest Full Frame and Vista Vision sensors, but are equally at home paired with Super 35 format cameras. All lenses in the set have a T1.5 maximum aperture, share a 9 bladed iris design and have almost imperceptible optical breathing, allowing for very precise and consistent cinematography. If you have not used Tokina lenses before, prepare yourself to be impressed – these are lenses that punch well above their weight, and hold their own against lenses by more established cine lens manufacturers such as Cooke and ARRI. We also sometimes get asked by our clients which of the lenses we stock have the closest characteristics to Panavision glass – Tokina Vista series primes are almost identical in terms of published technical specifications to Panavision Panaspeed large format lenses, so would always be our recommendation!   The Angenieux Optimo 56-152mm A2S anamorphic zoom builds on the success of the Optimo spherical zoom lens series which are noted for their lightweight and compact design, low distortion and minimal breathing characteristics. The Optimo 56-152mm achieves a 2:1 squeeze using a rear anamorphic element lens design and features a constant T4 maximum aperture across the entire zoom range. Weighing only 2.2kg, the 56-152mm Optimo Anamorphic zoom is also suited to handheld, Steadicam and Gimbal shooting modes. The 56mm to 152mm focal length range of this zoom makes it particularly useful for complementing a set of wider anamorphic prime lenses (such as <a href="https://shootblue.tv/products/cooke-anamorphic-i-5-way-prime-lens-set/">Cooke Anamorphic/i</a> primes) or for productions where lens changes need to be kept to a minimum. With the Supreme Primes, Zeiss has adopted a more gentle, slightly softer imaging style which is more suited to digital sensor cameras and represents a departure from the crisp, clinical aesthetic of Master Primes and <a href="https://shootblue.tv/products/zeiss-ultra-prime-5-way-lens-set/">Ultra Primes</a>.
