The Optimo 56-152mm achieves a 2:1 squeeze using a rear anamorphic element lens design and features a constant T4 maximum aperture across the entire zoom range. Weighing only 2.2kg, the 56-152mm Optimo Anamorphic zoom is also suited to handheld, Steadicam and Gimbal shooting modes. The 56mm to 152mm focal length range of this zoom makes it particularly useful for complementing a set of wider anamorphic prime lenses (such as <a href="https://shootblue.tv/products/cooke-anamorphic-i-5-way-prime-lens-set/">Cooke Anamorphic/i</a> primes) or for productions where lens changes need to be kept to a minimum.
