  LOMO Roundfront Anamorphic Lens Set

  If you’re looking for a wild look with characterful bokeh and organic colour rendition, The LOMOs are the way to go. These Vintage Soviet-era lenses from the 1970s and 1980s use spherical lens assembly specially designed to reduce lens breathing (for anamorphic lenses). Each lens has been retrofitted with the Arma Cine Oribital system which prevent the lens front from rotating. This enables clip on matte box to be used easily with these lenses. These lenses are particularly recommended for use with cinematography cameras such as the ARRI <a href="https://shootblue.tv/products/arri-alexa-mini/">Alexa Mini</a> and Sony <a href="https://shootblue.tv/products/sony-venice-full-frame-6k-camera/">Venice</a> that support full height sensors. Please note that the 35mm supports LMB Matte boxes in 2-Stage configuration with standard PV Filters, you won’t be able to use Rota Polas or Dioptres in either an LMB tray or stage without vignetting.

  Pronounced ‘soo-mee-ray’, Canon Sumires have been designed to offer a more subtle and gentler look than with most typical modern lenses, so offer an compelling alternative to using vintage glass. The set is supplied in PL mounts and will cover Full Frame sensors such as the <a href="https://shootblue.tv/products/sony-pxw-fx9-full-frame-camera/">Sony FX9</a>, Sony <a href="https://shootblue.tv/products/sony-venice-full-frame-6k-camera/">Venice</a> and ARRI Alexa <a href="https://shootblue.tv/products/arri-alexa-mini-lf/">Mini LF</a>. But with full coverage of smaller image circles, they are also equally suitable for use on Super 35mm sensor cameras including the standard Alexa Mini and Sony FS7. The lenses are also compact and lightweight, making them suitable for use on gimbals and handheld shooting styles. Our Canon Sumire 7-lens set includes 14mm, 20mm, 24mm, 35mm, 50mm, 85mm & 135mm focal lengths. All lenses in the series feature an 11-blade iris design and share a standard 114mm front diameter. Please note, that whilst the lens mounts are interchangeable to EF, we are currently only offer these lenses in PL mount.

  Bizarre, crazy, eccentric, surreal, unorthodox, scandalous… these are just a few of the words that we’ve heard when CLAVIUS lenses are being talked about. These are one of a kind lenses, unique in character, and present endless creative options (for when you have exhausted yourself testing every set of rehoused glass, Blackwings… or that fabled lens tucked away in the Woodland Hills that Peckinpah used to shoot Pat Garret and Billy the Kid). But words alone somehow fail to convey what the essence of what these lenses are really about… we really recommend that you make a trip over to Shoot Blue and experience these for yourself. Presented as a four lens set, comprising of 28mm, 38mm, 58mm and 88mm focal lengths, each CLAVIUS lens has a 95mm front and share a f/2 maximum aperture. The set is PL mounted and covers Full Frame, making them compatible with FF cameras such as the Venice and Mini LF as well an option for S35 format cameras.
