  The Sony FX3 is the baby of the Sony Cinema Line camera series and shares both its sensor lineage and colour science with it’s Sony FX6 and FX9 siblings. Whilst having a similar form factor to DSLR sized cameras such as the A7SII, the Sony FX3 has been designed with cinematic moving image capture as it’s core mission. Video-friendly features of the FX3 include front & rear tally lamps, 1/4-20 mounting points on the camera body and a removeable top handle with industry-standard XLR audio connectors. A fan cooling system also prevents overheating when recording, something that is often an inherent issue when shooting on compact mirrorless type cameras. The FX3 is also an especially good choice for use as a matching ‘B’ cam when shooting on a Sony FX6 or FX9 (and even the <a href="https://shootblue.tv/products/sony-venice-full-frame-6k-camera/">Sony Venice</a>). Equally, it’s lightweight design makes it useful a useful choice for lightweight gimbal setups. We stock a wide range of Sony ‘E’ mount prime and zoom lenses, which means a mount adapter is not required and furthermore, opens up full electronic functionality of the lens when used natively on the Sony FX3. However, if you have a preference to use other lenses such as PL and Canon EF, we stock a range of ‘E’ <a href="https://shootblue.tv/products/metabones-pl-lens-to-sony-e-mount-t-cine-adapter/">mount adapters</a> compatible with this camera.   Featuring a Full-Frame, 36 x 24mm sensor, the Sony VENICE can capture stunning, cinematic images at up to 6K resolution. It can also record in Super35 full height 2x anamorphic mode and is currently capable of up to 120fps in 4K. Other advanced capabilities include internal 8-stop ND filters, Dual Base ISO and over 15 stops of latitude. Our Sony VENICE rental kits include the High Speed (HFR), Full Frame and Anamorphic licenses as standard allowing your production to take full advantage of this camera. We also offer a <a href="https://shootblue.tv/products/sony-venice-full-frame-6k-camera-axs-r7-package/">VENICE RAW</a> hire package which includes the AXS-R7 external RAW recorder and AXS media cards. The VENICE is compatible with most Super35 format lenses as well as Full-Frame glass such as the <a href="https://shootblue.tv/products/zeiss-supreme-prime-5-way-lens-set/">ZEISS Supreme Primes</a>.

In addition to RED’s native REDCODE RAW, the Epic-W is capable of generating simultaneous 4K Apple ProRes or Avid DNxHR/HD proxies, streamlining the post-production process and giving you the ability to ingest footage for editing far quicker than with previous RED cameras.   The ALEXA Mini LF is the latest camera in the highly acclaimed <a href="https://shootblue.tv/products/arri-alexa-mini/">ALEXA MINI</a> series. Equipped with a 4.5K resolution Full-Frame (FF) sensor and a native LPL lens mount, the Mini LF combines large format cinematography with the compact size, precise colour science and stunning image quality of the ALEXA Mini. Like original ARRI ALEXA Mini, the LF is particularly suited to handheld, gimbal and Steadicam applications which demand a lower weight and form factor. Our Mini LF cameras have the latest Software Update Package 7.1.2 installed which enables Super 35mm recording at up to 3.4K resolution, making the camera now natively compatible with both full-frame and S35 format cinematography lenses.
