As you’ve come to expect, we’ve tricked our ALEXA Mini kits out with 4:3 anamorphic & ARRIRAW licenses, giving this bow yet another string. The ALEXA Mini has been designed with ease-of-use, both on set and in post-production, in mind. Utilising ProRes 422/4444 codecs, the extraordinary images this camera captures fit directly into your timeline and allow for quick editing and grading, saving your production time and money across the board. We’ve geared our ARRI ALEXA Mini kits to be as lightweight yet sturdy as possible, so each comes fully kitted-out with an ARRI professional accessory package and options of metal or carbon fibre bars – your choice. As one of the most physically versatile cameras on the market, the Mini is perfect for shooting on sticks, Steadicam or with handheld gimbals such as the MoVI Pro.   The Sony PXW-FX9 builds on the success of the popular Sony FS7/FS7II range of E-mount camcorders by introducing a larger Full-Frame 35mm Exmor R sensor. Whilst retaining the compact form-factor and familiarity of the FS7, the Sony FX9 features a sensor over twice the surface area of a Super 35 sensor, providing a shallower depth of field and a wider angle of view. Other key features of the FX9 include dual base ISO of 800/4000, over 15 stops of dynamic range and a 6K oversampled sensor for recording in DCI 4K, UHD, and HD resolutions. And for when a Super 35 format is required, the sensor crops to achieve a S35mm 4K recording mode. The FX9 Features an Electronic Variable ND, allowing for the user to have step-less control of their exposure without compromising on their chosen aperture. Our Sony FX9 camera kits are configured to a very high standard with a ARRI 15mm support package, media, and accessories to enable the camera to be used to it’s full potential. For power options, our rental kit includes both the regular ‘BP’ type batteries as well as a 4-way set of V-lock batteries and a V-lock power adapter. The additional resolution is particularly useful when shooting plates for use in 360/VR projects, or for use in productions where image manipulation is key. Our EPIC-W packages come with a wide selection of accessories, batteries and media so you’re able to shoot just as easily in the field as in the studio. In addition to RED’s native REDCODE RAW, the Epic-W is capable of generating simultaneous 4K Apple ProRes or Avid DNxHR/HD proxies, streamlining the post-production process and giving you the ability to ingest footage for editing far quicker than with previous RED cameras.
