  The FX6 sits at the centre of the Sony 4K Cinema Line camera range, with a more comprehensive feature set than the FX3, but enjoying a smaller and more mobile form factor than the <a href="https://shootblue.tv/products/sony-pxw-fx9-full-frame-camera/">Sony FX9</a>. It’s compact size and functionality make it a great choice for lightweight, handheld ‘run and gun’ shooting setups as well as being a Full-Frame 4K option for gimbal and B-camera use. With an interchangeable ‘E’ lens mount, it can be used natively with Sony lenses and with a mount adapter, will work with most other lens mounts including PL & Canon EF. It has a suite of highly useful features, including a built-in electronic variable ND filter, advanced autofocus capabilities, 15+ stops dynamic range and for low-light shooting, expanded ISO of up to 409600. It supports a range of Full Frame 35mm and Super35 10-bit 4:2:2 recording resolutions and also offers high frame rate capture at up to 120fps in 4K. The Sony FS7 can be provided with industry-standard cinematography accessories for studio and location corporates, commercials and promos or configured into a self-shooting documentary-style camera – this camera is a true all-rounder. When combined with the optional <a href="https://shootblue.tv/products/sony-xdca-fs7-interface-unit/">XDCA-FS7</a> extension unit, the FS7 is capable of Apple ProRes recording and can be powered via industry standard V-lock batteries. We also offer the upgraded <a href="https://shootblue.tv/products/sony-pxw-fs7-ii/">PXW-FS7 II</a> version of this camera.

In addition to RED’s native REDCODE RAW, the Epic-W is capable of generating simultaneous 4K Apple ProRes or Avid DNxHR/HD proxies, streamlining the post-production process and giving you the ability to ingest footage for editing far quicker than with previous RED cameras. Key features of the Sony BURANO include an 8.6K sensor, 16 stops of sensor latitude, Full Frame and Super 35 recording modes and up to 12ofps slow motion capture in 4K.
