  ARRI’s ALEXA Mini brings all of their digital cinematography knowledge and expertise together in one compact, lightweight package. This small yet powerful camera shoots at a variety of resolutions between HD and 4K and up to 200fps, making the Mini a versatile addition to the existing ARRI family of digital cinema cameras. As you’ve come to expect, we’ve tricked our ALEXA Mini kits out with 4:3 anamorphic & ARRIRAW licenses, giving this bow yet another string. The ALEXA Mini has been designed with ease-of-use, both on set and in post-production, in mind. Utilising ProRes 422/4444 codecs, the extraordinary images this camera captures fit directly into your timeline and allow for quick editing and grading, saving your production time and money across the board. We’ve geared our ARRI ALEXA Mini kits to be as lightweight yet sturdy as possible, so each comes fully kitted-out with an ARRI professional accessory package and options of metal or carbon fibre bars – your choice. As one of the most physically versatile cameras on the market, the Mini is perfect for shooting on sticks, Steadicam or with handheld gimbals such as the MoVI Pro.   Sony FX6

  The FX6 sits at the centre of the Sony 4K Cinema Line camera range, with a more comprehensive feature set than the FX3, but enjoying a smaller and more mobile form factor than the <a href="https://shootblue.tv/products/sony-pxw-fx9-full-frame-camera/">Sony FX9</a>. It’s compact size and functionality make it a great choice for lightweight, handheld ‘run and gun’ shooting setups as well as being a Full-Frame 4K option for gimbal and B-camera use. With an interchangeable ‘E’ lens mount, it can be used natively with Sony lenses and with a mount adapter, will work with most other lens mounts including PL & Canon EF. It has a suite of highly useful features, including a built-in electronic variable ND filter, advanced autofocus capabilities, 15+ stops dynamic range and for low-light shooting, expanded ISO of up to 409600. It supports a range of Full Frame 35mm and Super35 10-bit 4:2:2 recording resolutions and also offers high frame rate capture at up to 120fps in 4K.   Sony FX3

  The Sony FX3 is the baby of the Sony Cinema Line camera series and shares both its sensor lineage and colour science with it’s Sony FX6 and FX9 siblings. Whilst having a similar form factor to DSLR sized cameras such as the A7SII, the Sony FX3 has been designed with cinematic moving image capture as it’s core mission. Video-friendly features of the FX3 include front & rear tally lamps, 1/4-20 mounting points on the camera body and a removeable top handle with industry-standard XLR audio connectors. A fan cooling system also prevents overheating when recording, something that is often an inherent issue when shooting on compact mirrorless type cameras. The FX3 is also an especially good choice for use as a matching ‘B’ cam when shooting on a Sony FX6 or FX9 (and even the <a href="https://shootblue.tv/products/sony-venice-full-frame-6k-camera/">Sony Venice</a>). Equally, it’s lightweight design makes it useful a useful choice for lightweight gimbal setups. We stock a wide range of Sony ‘E’ mount prime and zoom lenses, which means a mount adapter is not required and furthermore, opens up full electronic functionality of the lens when used natively on the Sony FX3. However, if you have a preference to use other lenses such as PL and Canon EF, we stock a range of ‘E’ <a href="https://shootblue.tv/products/metabones-pl-lens-to-sony-e-mount-t-cine-adapter/">mount adapters</a> compatible with this camera.   Sony A7S II

  The Sony A7S II is an E-mount, full-frame 35mm camera with internal 4K recording capability and incredible low-light shooting capabilities. An update on the earlier A7S model, the Mk II benefits from increased ISO sensitivity (now up to 102,400!) & 5-axis optical image stabilisation, dramatically reducing rolling shutter artefacts. Other advanced features include 14-stop latitude in S-Log3 gamma setting, 12 mega-pixel stills capability and slow motion recording. Whilst a highly capable camera in it’s own right, the A7S II can be complemented as a B-cam. We offer a wide range of mount adapters for the A7S II, including options for PL, Leica-R & Canon lenses.
