  The Sony FS7 II is an update to the popular FS7 which extends the capabilities and feature set of the original camera. Enhancements to the camera design include a variable ND filter, a lever locking Sony E-mount, an improved viewfinder and the addition of Rec-2020 colour space (ITU BT.2020). The FS7 II retains all the functionality of the original Sony FS7, including 4K & HD resolutions, up to 180fps capture, the same Super 35mm format sensor and options (via E-mount adapters) to use a wide range of lenses, including PL, Leica & Canon EF. This is a highly versatile yet affordable camera which lends itself to a range of applications including digital cinematography, multi-camera and documentary shooting. Like the Original FS7, the FS7 II is compatible with the optional <a href="https://shootblue.tv/products/sony-xdca-fs7-extension-unit/">XDCA-FS7</a> extension unit. This allows the use of V-Lock batteries as well as Apple ProRes recording and time Code capabilities.   Featuring a Full-Frame, 36 x 24mm sensor, the Sony VENICE can capture stunning, cinematic images at up to 6K resolution. It can also record in Super35 full height 2x anamorphic mode and is currently capable of up to 120fps in 4K. Other advanced capabilities include internal 8-stop ND filters, Dual Base ISO and over 15 stops of latitude. Our Sony VENICE rental kits include the High Speed (HFR), Full Frame and Anamorphic licenses as standard allowing your production to take full advantage of this camera. We also offer a <a href="https://shootblue.tv/products/sony-venice-full-frame-6k-camera-axs-r7-package/">VENICE RAW</a> hire package which includes the AXS-R7 external RAW recorder and AXS media cards. The VENICE is compatible with most Super35 format lenses as well as Full-Frame glass such as the <a href="https://shootblue.tv/products/zeiss-supreme-prime-5-way-lens-set/">ZEISS Supreme Primes</a>.

  The Sony PXW-FX9 builds on the success of the popular Sony FS7/FS7II range of E-mount camcorders by introducing a larger Full-Frame 35mm Exmor R sensor. Whilst retaining the compact form-factor and familiarity of the FS7, the Sony FX9 features a sensor over twice the surface area of a Super 35 sensor, providing a shallower depth of field and a wider angle of view. Other key features of the FX9 include dual base ISO of 800/4000, over 15 stops of dynamic range and a 6K oversampled sensor for recording in DCI 4K, UHD, and HD resolutions. And for when a Super 35 format is required, the sensor crops to achieve a S35mm 4K recording mode. The FX9 Features an Electronic Variable ND, allowing for the user to have step-less control of their exposure without compromising on their chosen aperture. Our Sony FX9 camera kits are configured to a very high standard with a ARRI 15mm support package, media, and accessories to enable the camera to be used to it’s full potential. For power options, our rental kit includes both the regular ‘BP’ type batteries as well as a 4-way set of V-lock batteries and a V-lock power adapter.   Capable of 4.6K resolution capture in both ProRes and Blackmagic RAW formats, the Blackmagic URSA Mini Pro G2 has a suite of high-end, sophisticated features in a highly cost effective and compact form factor. The unique Blackmagic sensor technology and colour science also give its images a unique look, something that that could be a useful consideration when assessing it against more heavily used cinematography cameras such as those by Sony, Canon & RED. Key features of the URSA Mini Pro G2 include built-in 2, 4 & 6 stop ND filters, support for autofocus lenses and an interchangeable lens mount. Our URSA Mini Pro G2 rental kit is supplied with a Canon EF lens mount as standard, but we can also offer the camera configured the camera with other mounts including PL. We also include a Blackmagic EVF viewfinder, shoulder support with 15mm base, media cards and a set of V-lock batteries as part of the camera package.
